Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including products damaged due to misuse, toys without original packaging, items purchased on clearance or sale, and hygienic items such as baby rattles or teethers once opened.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@playhivetoys.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the item back to us at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@playhivetoys.store with the details.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
